Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Sales of all products purchased using a discount are final and non refundable.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at hiraaliofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
