Returns are only applicable when a product is defected or damaged. All return applications will be reviewed by our team and decision will be made in 4 to 8 weeks.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns/exchage/refunds/cancellations do not apply for bespoke & custom orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
