At Hira Ali Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

• Refund or exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Discounted Items & Promotional Purchases

All sales are final for:

• Products purchased using a discount code or promotional offer.
• Products included in a discounted bundle, gift set, or special promotion.
• Products purchased during sale events or clearance promotions.

These items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Refund Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
